Free Shipping

Unlike most other web sites we don't have any minimums or special details required to get free shipping. Sugarlips provides free shipping on all orders.

Free Shipping is provided using USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders may be automatically upgraded, at Sugarlips' discretion, to UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Additionally, at checkout you have the option of upgrading your shipping method at quoted rates from UPS or to a $6.00 Flat Rate charge for USPS Priority Mail.

Estimated Delivery Date

• - USPS First Class Mail: 2 to 5 business days. Delivery on Saturday.
• - USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days. Delivery on Saturday.
• - UPS Ground: 2 to 5 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday.
• Estimated delivery time assumes your order is processed and payment is verified prior to preparation of your shipment. Delays in your payment processing may cause additional delays of up to 48 hours.

International Shipping

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

• - All International Destinations: $35.00 Flat Rate Shipping is provided and requires 10 to 15 business days for delivery.
• - International orders are shipped via insured USPS International Priority or Express Mail, depending on items being shipped.
• - Customs and Duties are due on delivery and paid to carrier. SUGARLIPS is not responsible for International dues, fees, taxes, customs or duties charged to your shipment.
• - Countries Not Served: Russia, Iran, North Korea, Yemen and Afghanistan

Refused Shipment

If you refuse a shipment from Sugarlips you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Sugarlips. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
