At Sugarlips we offer risk free, worry free shopping. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and understand that online clothes shopping can sometimes be nerve racking.

With Sugarlips 365 day return policy there are no catches. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund and we'll even pay for the shipping.

• - Returns and Exchanges are accepted on merchandise up to 365 days from the ship date.
• - Merchandise must be in the condition you received it. Must not be worn, altered or washed;
• - Merchandise must have all tags attached;
• - Full refund available for the first 30 days, after that items may only be returned for store credit;

Exchange Items

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size or color call customer service at 213-742-9001 or email your request to customerservice@sugarlipsapparel.com and your account will be authorized to process the exchange.

To simplify and expedite the processing of your exchange we recommend that you promptly return the item you would like to exchange and then visit the Sugarlips online store to purchase the item in the alternate size/color you will be exchanging for. When we receive of your exchange shipment we will credit your account for the amount of your original purchase.

Free Shipping Both Ways

Sugarlips Free Shipping is provided for all returns, using USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders may be automatically upgraded, at Sugarlips' discretion, to UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Additionally, at checkout you have the option of upgrading your shipping method at quoted rates from UPS or to a $6.00 Flat Rate charge for USPS Priority Mail.

How to Return Items

To request a return please send an email to customerservice@sugarlipsapparel.com letting us know which items you would like to return and we will email you a return shipping label. Prepare your shipment using the original shipping envelope and packing supplies and include the Return/Exchange form that came with your shipment.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed

Processing Time

When your package arrives at Sugarlips, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sugarlips.
